Submissions

For the General Call for Participation, there are a series of questions you should ask yourself as a submitter to identify which submission type is right for you in this year’s hybrid meeting format.

1. Are you submitting individually or as a group?
2. Are you (or your group) planning to attend the meeting to present in-person, or will you present virtually/online?
3. Would you like to present live (in real-time) or prepare a recording for viewing by attendees?
4. Do you have individual abstracts to present?

AAA or CASCA membership and paid registration will not be required to submit to the Call for Participation. All individuals accepted onto the program will be required to become a member of either CASCA or AAA (or secure a waiver) and pay registration by the September 8 deadline.
