Through the Pathable desktop or mobile application you can browse the most up-to-date program, view on-demand, live-streamed, and live virtual sessions; and connect with other attendees.
How do I join my in-person session as a remote presenter?
Make sure your session organizer/on-site attendee has set up a Zoom for your session to invite you as a remote presenter.
What do I do if my session can no longer present in person?
Let the AAA Meetings team know through the form on the Set Up a Zoom page that your entire session is unable to presenter in person. You will either need to withdraw your session or record your session in an independent Zoom to share with the team for upload to the virtual platform.
Who should I contact if someone’s name is missing from my session? How can I change the title or abstract of my session/paper?
If changes need to be made to your session, please click the “Need help? Get support” link at the top of the Pathable virtual platform webpage. Please note that if you have not registered for the Annual Meeting, your name will not appear on Pathable until you register.
Due to the peer review process, we cannot update titles nor abstracts, unless they are incorrect.
I need to change my registration type. How do I do this?
We are no longer fielding requests for switching registration types. The deadline for submitting a change request was Monday, November 1, 2021.
I emailed about switching my registration type before the November 1st deadline. When will my reimbursement be processed and my registration switched?
If you previously registered for in-person registration and requested to have your registration switched to virtual before the November 1st deadline, you can expect to receive a partial refund after the Annual Meeting. The refund will be the difference between in-person and virtual registration.
If you previously registered for virtual registration and requested to have your registration switched to in-person before the November 1st deadline, we are working quickly to process your request. If you do not receive a confirmation email and request for payment from us before the Annual Meeting, please visit the onsite registration desk in Baltimore.
The 2021 AAA Annual Meeting will be a hybrid meeting.
Join us either in-person in Baltimore, MD from November 17-21, 2021, or online over those same dates!
