2025 AAA Annual Meeting

Join us for the 2025 AAA Annual Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana, as we delve into the theme of “ghosts.” We welcome our colleagues to embrace the creative potential of the spectral to examine the ways that the past haunts the present, and that the immaterial becomes tangible to inflect the everyday.

The Annual Meeting offers anthropologists from all over the world a rich program of general sessions, flash presentations, poster sessions, workshops, a film festival, as well as receptions, tours, and other special events.
