Registration refund request for the Annual Meeting must be requested by October 4, 2024. 11:59pm ET. Any speaker whose submission was accepted on to the program, will not be eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be honored after October 4, 2024, and all Annual Meeting registrations will be nonrefundable after this date.
