The Annual Meeting Childcare Grant is an AAA member benefit for in-person attendance at the Annual Meeting. Those who are not members of the AAA will not be considered for this grant.

To apply for this grant, complete the form and upload your documentation/receipts by the December 20, 2024, deadline. Reimbursements may be requested for eligible expenses up to the maximum amount of the stipend of $250. Reimbursements will be made in January 2025.

Please describe the childcare attained to assist in your attendance at the 2024 Annual Meeting. Include the childcare provider’s name, service dates, dependent name and relationship to the member, type of service, description of out-of-pocket expenses and the amount of out-of-pocket expenses.
