Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful
Since 1989, Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, aims to foster environmental stewardship through volunteer work and educational programs. The organization partners with local governments, businesses, schools, and community groups to engage individuals in improving the community through activities such as community cleanups, tree plantings, environmental education outreach, scholarships, marine debris cleanups on their boat, and removing invasive plants.
Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association (THJCA)
Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association is a community based, resident-driven organization that connects youth and families to community resources, provides youth opportunities to build leadership and civic engagement, and secures resources to respond to identified needs.
University Area CDC
University Area Community Development Corporation, Inc. (University Area CDC) is a 501(c) (3) public/private partnership whose mission is children and family development, crime prevention, and commerce growth. Its primary focus is the redevelopment and sustainability of the at-risk areas surrounding the Tampa campus of the University of South Florida. For over 20 years, University Area CDC has championed positive change in the economic, educational and social levels of the community through youth programs, adult education, affordable housing, workforce and resource assistance, and community engagement.
