The Late-Breaking Sessions Call for Papers for the 2021 AAA Annual Meeting is open. There are a series of questions you should ask yourself as a submitter to identify which submission type is right for you in this year’s hybrid meeting format.
- Are you submitting individually or as a group?
- Do you have individual abstracts to present?
- Are you (or your group) planning to attend the meeting to present in-person or will you present virtually/online?
- Would you like to present live (in real-time) or prepare a recording for viewing by attendees?
Once you have the answers to these questions, we invite you to use this interactive Excel tool, view this PDF flow chart, or complete this decision activity (PDF option, word option) to identify the types of submissions available to you.
View our Late-Breaking Sessions Submission Types page for a more detailed explanation of each submission type available, to include participant roles for each submission type and their limits.
AAA membership and paid registration will not be required to submit to the Call for Papers. All individuals accepted onto the program will be required to become a member (or secure a waiver) and pay registration by the October 15 deadline.
The timeline for the 20201 Call for Papers is below. Please mark your calendars. Check back on this website, follow us on social media, and watch your email (if you are a member) for updates and announcements.
