What is a Late-Breaking Submission?
The theme of Late-Breaking submission must be topical, timely, and relevant to ongoing issues. Submissions should reflect emerging discussions, urgent issues, or recent developments in anthropology and related fields.
- Timely & Relevant: Focuses on current events and urgent issues.
- New Findings Only: Research must include findings that emerged after April 16, 2025 (the General Call deadline).
- Additional Participation Allowed: You can submit a late-breaking proposal even if you have already had an abstract accepted.
- Limited Slots: Selection is competitive and based on venue space availability.
Submission Guidelines
Group Proposals: Must be submitted entirely by the session organizer. Participants will not receive invitations to log into the Submission Portal.
Finalized Information: The session organizer is responsible for entering all session details during submission.
