Thank you for your submission to present at our 2025 AAA Annual Meeting to be held in New Orleans, November 19-23rd!
We received a record number of submissions this year and are finalizing the peer review selection process. Accept/Decline Notifications and Scheduling information will be sent the week of July 22nd.
Once you have received your accept/decline notice, please forward any questions to aaameetings@americananthro.org. If your submission was not accepted, we hope that you will join us in New Orleans to support your colleagues and we encourage you to resubmit to your proposal next year!
For those whose proposals are accepted please be sure to log into the Speaker Resource Center. The speaker resource center will be open July 22nd to September 26th. September 26th is the deadline for participants to complete their speaker resource center tasks, have an active AAA membership, and be registered for the annual meeting. If you are not a member or not registered by September 26th, we cannot add your name to the final program.
If you miss the September 26th deadline, you will need to wait until November 24th to request a certificate of participation documenting your official participation in AAA’s 2025 Annual Meeting.
