The Annual Meeting Childcare Grant is a benefit available to AAA members attending the 2025 Annual Meeting in person. Please note that non-members are not eligible for this grant.

To apply, complete the application form and upload your documentation/receipts by the December 19, 2025 deadline. Reimbursements may be requested for eligible expenses up to a maximum of $250. Approved reimbursements will be processed in January 2026.

Please describe the childcare attained to assist in your attendance at the Annual Meeting. Include the childcare provider’s name, service dates, dependent name and relationship to the member, type of service, description of out-of-pocket expenses and the amount of out-of-pocket expenses.
