• Accept/Decline Notifications Sent: Acceptance notifications will be sent the week of July 7th.
• Registration for virtual only open: 7/30
• Virtual Meeting Date: 11/14/25-11/15/25

What is Virtual Call

The virtual portion of the 2025 Annual Meeting will take place November 14th and 15th, the Friday and Saturday immediately before the in-person Annual Meeting in New Orleans. Submissions to the virtual call can be about any of the four fields of anthropology, and do not have to be directly related to the theme of ‘Ghosts.’
